We all have a natural tendency to form habits over time. This often helps us to perform routine tasks in a positive and consistent manner. Unfortunately for some people this tendency can also lead to unwanted types of behaviour.

At the beginning of your session in Harley Street she will explain how your unconscious mind influences your behaviour on a daily basis. This will help you to get the most from the session. She will also spend time understanding the individual triggers that cause your unwanted behaviour.

When you are ready she will gently take you into a state of enhanced hypnotic relaxation. For around two hours she will work through some positive suggestions in hypnosis and NLP to treat the problem.
